My first love story with music... Piano

PDFPrintE-mail
I started to play Piano in 1995 after meeting a friend in artistic class in High school.
I met Julien Padovani who was playing piano very well and specially the Impromptu Fantasia of F.Chopin : I immediately felt in love with the music!
My mother bought me a keyboard and a year after, we rented an upright accoustic piano because I was able to play the first Prelude in C major of JS. Bach.
In 1997, I won my first piano competition in Paris in salle Pleyel...
After 3 years with a piano teacher, I was enrolled in the “Conservatoire de Tours”.

Piano is my main passion, I learned a lot about myself and art by practicing this instrument every day (5 to 8 hours) during 6 years: I think if you want to be a good pianist, you must be disciplined with yourself and this is true for hi level music and art in general.
Music is fantastic and make my life beautiful.

I love JS Bach, Chopin, Mendelssohn, Schubert, F Liszt, Monk, Bill Evans, Keith Jarrett, M Petrucciani, Glen Gould...

Everything happen to me - Jazz Piano + vocal...don't take it too serious!

"It is change, continuing change, inevitable change, that is the dominant factor in society today.

No sensible decision can be made any longer without taking into account not only the world as it is,
but the world as it will be".
